Jesus, those fuckers should be locked up for that shit... oh, yeah, I know, I know... I wanna lockup someone for posting jpegs!!! 1984!! ORWELL ORWELL!!! No, Mr. Revolutionary, I want to lock up someone for assaulting a bunch of disabled people. This act was the same as kicking a kid in a wheelchair down the stairs.

First, lets lock up the jerkoffs at the banner hosting facilities that actually make money posting blinking crap on any pages often containing epilepsy related content.

After that, then it might be time to address the idea that kids might be doing it as a prank, too. But, if this is criminal, goal number one should be to lock up the people profiting from the crimes.
